How long has your company been manufacturing precision spot welders, and do you have independent R&D capabilities and mature application cases?
Suzhou WELDA TECH has specialized in the field of resistance welding for 24 years. We own an R&D center in Shanghai, China and a manufacturing plant in Suzhou, China. We mainly develop power supplies, welding mechanisms and welding testing equipment for precision resistance welding, and also provide customized development services for customers. So far, we have delivered resistance welding solutions to more than 2,000 enterprises at home and abroad.
What is your annual output of spot welders, and which customer groups do you mainly target?
We produce approximately 7,000 precision spot welders annually. We mainly manufacture welding power supply systems and welding monitoring equipment. A considerable portion of our products are supplied to welding automation companies, system integrators, distributors and end‑users.
Can you provide free welding samples for my products? Are parameters customizable and what is your delivery lead time?
We have a professional resistance welding process laboratory. We provide pre‑sales services for all customers, including free sampling, testing and verification, and even customized solutions. For our standard products, the delivery lead time is generally 8–10 days, while for non‑standard customized products, it is 20–30 days.

What are the precision, stability and failure rate of your equipment? What is your warranty policy and after‑sales service response time?
The precision of our welding equipment reaches ±0.03%, featuring high stability and consistency. The equipment failure rate within two years is 0.087%. The standard warranty period is 2 years. Except for special requirements, we do not provide on‑site service and will resolve issues through remote communication.
What are the differences between your resistance welding products and those of Amada‑Miyachi?
Amada‑Miyachi’s resistance welding products are widely recognized in the industry and regarded as excellent solutions. Many of our products are applied in the same fields. We have our own unique features in certain functions and details, and our products offer more competitive pricing.
Do your products have certifications?
Yes, our products have CE certification suitable for export, and TÜV Rheinland certification is currently in process.
